Jelly or Currant Jam – 2 tablespoon.
Ketchup – 2 tablespoon.
Soy Sauce – 2 tablespoon.
Honey or Brown sugar – 2 tablespoon.
Worcestershire Sauce – 2 tablespoon.
Dry Mustard – 1 tablespoon.
Lamb Lion chops, that are trimmed and cut into pieces 1 inch thick – 12 pieces.
Near to half-inch thick slices of pine apple – 6 slices.
Method of preparation:
Take a bowl and mix in it soy sauce, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and currant jam. After placing the lamb
chops in a large plastic bag that is resealable, pour marinade over them. After this close the bag and allow it to marinate for 15
minutes in the refrigerator.
After removing Lamb from marinate, place them with pineapple slices in the centre of cooking grate. Grill pineapple until grill marks
appear and keep turning them halfway. Also, grill lamb chops and keep turning them halfway through grilling time. Serve these grilled
